Be Connected Workshops

We have created unique and unforgettable ‘Be Connected’ workshops so anyone can experience the benefits of being better connected with themselves and with those around them.

Our Be Connected Workshops are fully inclusive – everyone is welcome.  These workshops are all about connecting with ourselves first and foremost, and with others, in a safe and secure setting.  They are about taking time out of the normal day to day experiences and concerns, to connect authentically.

Dr. Jessica Bolton is founder and director of Thrive PPP Ltd; and set up Be Connected workshops.  Her passion and enthusiasm to create opportunities for connection, emotional attunement and authenticity is infectious.  In an increasingly disconnected or superficially connected world, she is excited about doing something completely different.

With over twenty years of experience in university, NHS and independent mental health settings, a wealth of experience presenting workshops and inspiring integration and connection, enthusiasm and hope.

Dr. Daljit Sandhu has a deep commitment to on-going learning and development, and a long term interest in the links between body, mind and wellbeing.  She has trained as a teacher in tai chi and will be integrating bodywork into the Be Connected workshops.

Dr. Suzanne Brown is trained in an eclectic range of models.  “I strongly believe in the importance of using our full range of emotions and feelings to guide our ability to live a fulfilled, connected and authentic life. However, things can get in the way of us being able to express these emotions and can trip us up in leading the life we want to have.”

Dr. Kayleigh Brown has a strong talent in working across the age span with very small children to adults.   “As human beings, we all long to feel alive, and feel connected with ourselves and others. Yet, sometimes we can find ourselves feeling a little lost; we may feel that we have to hide certain aspects of who we are; perhaps we begin to lose the connection with those around us. My strength lies in my ability to foster warm and supportive relationships, creating safe and trusting connections, using care, play and curiosity to support you to discover and celebrate every aspect of yourself.”
